Stephanie Herman, former principal ballerina and Pilates Guru, learned first hand about how to re-align, after series of injuries that left her unable to walk when doctors said they could not cure her. She took it upon herself to delve into a cure through researching Physical Therapies, Kinesiology, Pilates, Gyrotonic Expansion System®, and more to cure herself and finally feel like a dancer again.
