At the very tail end of an illustrious ballet career, performing world wide with luminaries such as Rudolf Nureyev and Mikhail Baryshnikov, Stephanie suffered a catastrophic injury. Her journey of healing led her to the Pilates studio of Carola Trier, first disciple of Joseph Pilates, and the study of Gyrotonics Expansion System with its creator, Julio Horvath, as well as Physical Therapy and Body Kinetics.
Stephanie created a new way of understanding the depth of body & soul and choreographed Pilates Ballet to rhythmic music, incorporating balance, elongation, athleticism, and movement.
