Stephanie has developed an uncommon ability to not only see her clients as whole, integrated bodies and soul, but to truly empathize with their condition through her own recovery experiences.
At the very tail end of an illustrious ballet career, performing world wide with luminaries such as Rudolf Nureyev and Mikhail Baryshnikov, Stephanie suffered a catastrophic injury. Her journey of healing led her to the Pilates studio of Carola Trier, first disciple of Joseph Pilates, and the study of Gyrotonics Expansion System with its creator, Julio Horvath, as well as Physical Therapy and Body Kinetics.
Stephanie created a new way of understanding the depth of body & soul and choreographed Pilates Ballet to rhythmic music, incorporating balance, elongation, athleticism, and movement. Her ability to transform any body through her extensive knowledge and intuitive awareness of the body-mind-spirit connection has enabled her to be known as
